Smart Hotel Napoli

The hotel had a friendly and welcoming reception, with staff who made us feel at home. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a large bathroom. The hotel and facilities were clean, and there was a pleasant aroma throughout. The breakfast offered a wide selection of pastries, with a beautiful view of the sea in the morning.

Staying here was amazing! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything with transportation nearby. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping always available and a paid airport shuttle to make life easier. The welcome drink was a nice touch and I loved that my pet was welcomed with their amenities. The in-room amenities were great from ironing facilities to a mini-bar and in-room safe. I really enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the patio was a great place to relax.

As a family traveler, this place was perfect for us and highly recommend it.

Conveniently located near the airport bus stop and marina for easy access to transportation. Spacious rooms with large bathrooms and a walk-in closet. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Efficient staff and quick check-out process. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with an excellent location, away from the traffic and noise of the city. It was very easy to find, located right on the bay in a unique building. The hotel was very secure, with police and a checkpoint due to its location where cruise liners disembark their guests. The staff was helpful, especially when I accidentally locked the safe without the instructions. The breakfast offered a generous spread, including some delicious cakes. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and its facilities were modern and new. the hotel was conveniently located near everything I wanted to see, within walking distance to close neighborhoods and just steps away from a Metro station and ferry.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Naples, I was really surprised by the excellent location, right on the port. The convenience of having the airport bus stop right in front of the hotel was a major plus. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The staff was friendly and were great too accommodate our needs. They even prepared a packed breakfast for us when we checked out early in the morning. I had a great experience at this hotel.
